"I like my hot chocolate like I like my spirit, like a fire is burning." (Week 63)
Hey y'all! We got transfer news! So both Coon and I are leaving USM YSA,
but I am headed over to LSU YSA haha. Not much different. I will be
living in the same apartment that I started my mission in in Baton
Rouge. And I will be with Sister
(blonde) Merrill which I'm pretty excited about. She will be my 12th
companion (including MTC) and my 7th area. Nothing gold can stay. But I
am happy to move because I'm used to it at this point.
This week was mostly a heck ton of service and tracting, so I will try to only stick to the significant stories.
The Sisters beat the YSA in minute to win it games at FHE.
Sister Bangerter said that I'm going to be relief society president one day because I've gotten good at answering the phone, even though I still don't like it.
We had our last district meeting with this district :(
We had Thanksgiving lunch outside on these picnic tables at this farm and it was SO CUTE. Then we had dinner with some investigators that are full planning on getting baptized and that was one of the funniest meals ever. They are hilarious.
We got a record number of doors slammed in our face in record time.
We went store contacting at the mall and I hid #lighttheworld cards in random places and I think I'm funny.
We met the Baptist version of sister missionaries and they were adorable.
So that's that! I'm gonna miss Hattiesburg a lot! All of the people have been amazing. Members, missionaries, and the people we taught. They all have a little bit of my heart now. But this will be an awfully big adventure:) I love y'all!!
Out of context quotes:
I like my hot chocolate like I like my spirit, like a fire is burning.
Midgit kid can run. Midgit kid can hid in the woods.
Half of my life is spent putting my USB on shuffle.
Carmel is a place, caramel is a browned confectionery sweet.
I adopted another Mormon cat.
Isaiah is overdosed with the spirit.
