"The road is clear. I am giving you the answers you seek. Eat the rice." (Week 51)

Wow. I don't even know where to start for the week. For one it's transfers. I am off to Purvis with Sister White, and I am so so excited. I am going to miss Denham and all its people, but this change should be good. This has also been such a hard transfer for me, but this was a very pivitol week and things are starting to get better!!

Monday was kind of awful. There were tears. But there was also progression so we don't need to worry.

Tuesday was pretty good. At a lunch appointment I discovered that if I ever meet someone who, when asked what their relationship with God is like, and they respond "well I do yoga..." I will in fact lose it. 😂

Wednesday we saw Eleanor for the first time in forever. She dropped off the face of the Earth for a minute so we were worried. But she said she wants to get baptized in October so that's awesome!

Thursday we had a lesson with this lady whose door we knocked on last week. It actually went awesome. She was so excited about the Plan of Salvation, especially the idea of a Pre-Earth Life. This just made so much sense to her. Also cool thing. Certain T. C. Christiansen movies have been popping up on her watch list since we stopped by:) She loved the part in "Love, Kennedy" where the missionaries teach the friends family. So that made me smile. No coincidences. I have high hopes for her.

Friday I went to the doctor because I have issues. Then we did a lot of weekly planning and that was pretty much it.

Saturday we had some really cool interactions. Our neighbor is looking for a church and agreed to try out ours. We were trying to find a bible referral and ended up finding the sister of a member who was really sweet and agreed to read from the Book of Mormon. We met with a less active who is struggling with his testimony and I felt prompted to share some kind of random things that I think helped him. Then we met with Bonnie and taught the Restoration, and she said she has always felt like there was something more out there. She believes this could be it, but she needs more time to study and pray about it. She will accept it soon enough.

Sunday we had 9 people we are teaching at church, plus another 3 that we haven't taught yet!! Denham is winning! Awesome going away gift.

Monday was packing and saying goodbye to some families. One family wouldn't let me leave till I sang a show tune song. It actually felt awesome to sing my heart out for a minute.

And now today is Tuesday and normally transfers would be tomorrow, but we are supposed to be hit with a tropical storm tomorrow so we are transferring a day early:) Don't worry I will be safe. Got my 72 hour kit all put together:)

Well that's my week! Talk to y'all next week! Love y'all!
